This restaurant is one of the best in San Francisco hands down. From the mysterious alley where it is located to the very high level of service, there is nothing about this restaurant that ever disappoints. The food is fantastic and the desserts are unique. The restaurant is vibrant but you also feel like you have privacy at your table. And the service — exceptional in every single sense of the word.

The staff was exceptionally warm, Kokkari is still as cozy and delicious as ever. A classic San Francisco staple.

Food was great, portions was bigger than I remember especially the King Henry VIII. Great value!

The Honorary pasta cannot be beat—do not miss this as part of your order! Professional staff and nice buzz in the restaurant , even on a Sunday night. Will be back!

We've only been to the Zuni a few times, but we were longing for their hamburgers and shoestring potatoes. As usual, they did not disappoint us. We ate them and had a sidecar as well, The sidecar was new to us, and very enjoyable. So was the Gateau Victoire -- a rich chocolate cake with whipped cream. We also had a port with dessert. All wonderful. There are many other things on the menu, which I'm sure are also wonderful. We'll go back to try them out.
