Our server, David, was absolutely exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He ensured every detail of our meal was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food and presentation was out of this world!Whether you’re a steak lover or just looking for a fantastic night out, Blu Steakhouse is a must-visit. Eddie V once again knocks the ball out of the park! From the entry to seating, specials of the day they ticked all the boxes. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of service or food. If you haven't tried, it is a must!!!

We decided to reserve a booth in the bar area which was really quite spacious. Though there were only 3 of us, the booth could’ve easily seated 6 people. We got there just before 5:00 pm and were seated immediately. Food was all really good, of course, and the servers were quite attentive, despite how busy it was. This was our third time here, and we’ll certainly be back again.
