Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished.     The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable and the staff was friendly.     Thoroughly enjoyed my Unity Bar & Restaurant experience! The food was great, I had the lamb chops that were cooked to perfection! I also had the sweet & Spicy Shrimp appetizer. Totally delightful! Great flavor!

    Topside DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was 10/10. Our serve (I want to mention her name to give credit but I won’t in order to remain compliant) whose name started with L could NOT have been sweeter or more helpful. They have a fantastic N/A beverage selection and the ambience and view are amazing. The only slight nock would be the standing group of about 15 people who came in around 9pm and remaining standing until we left at around 9:30. They were either waiting for tables or simply standing and meeting. The room became quite loud form that point on. But even still, Topside is now a top 3 restaurant in Baltimore for my liking. I will be returning to dine there without question!
