Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Bar Frites is open daily and serves French bistro fare.The menu offers Bistro fare including great comfort food dishes and the classics.     Consistently excellent food. When busy, ambiance is energetic, but very noisy in the seating area in the same room as the bar. Nonetheless, it's one of our favorite restaurants. The Poll Brothers deliver consistently excellent quality food and ambiance at nearly all their restaurants, at a $$$$ price. It's worth it if you are in the mood.

    Delicious and extremely tasty food as everything was seasoned well. Atmosphere is great as it is elegant and elevated for a pub. Service is good but it could improve as we waited to be asked regarding dessert a bit of time. Will definitely return and recommend.

    My teenage son and his girlfriend had a date night . This was a Valentine make up date. One of the owners randomly stopped by the table and asked if this was a date . Had a nice conversation and then he comped the meal ! Pay it forward ! What a nice thing to do with 2 teenagers on a date . Class act ! We look forward to dining at all of the Poll bros restaurants . Thank you !
