Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. My sister and I took our parents to Bacan to celebrate my Mom's 65th birthday. I did tell the staff discreetly when we arrived and everyone made the event wonderful for her. All the food was wonderful, the presentation of each dish was artful and everything tasted amazing. It was a perfect celebration meal and they made her feel like a queen. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is beautiful and the brunch menu food ranged from really excellent eggs benedict and a solid burger to a mediocre breaded chicken entree and very small lobster rolls that should be an appetizer. The service was terrific with friendly, helpful staff. We had a personal visit with the manager. I'd go back and have something different than the lobster rolls next time. It's a good place for a business lunch.

Excellent as always… great views, superior service, broad wine selection, and the lamb chops were amazing! If you are staying at the Hyatt at the airport it is very convenient and highly recommended, we look forward to Hemispheres every time we come to Orlando.
