Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Staying at the Strat for the weekend. They got me right in at my reservation time. Sat at the bar and Frank was amazing!! I highly recommend the Heart of the Dragon. My entree was the Char Sui fried rice and it was HUGE. Definitely enough for 2. I have eaten 3 times and looks like I haven’t touched it. There are slices of pork on top and lots of smaller pieces mixed in. The decor is a little quirky but the place is cozy and has separate spaces for more intimate dining. Nice little hidden gem in the land of wings, burgers and steaks. I will be back to try more of the dishes. Thanks

Staying at the Sahara and this restaurant popped up nearby as I was looking for a steakhouse for my birthday dinner. Then I saw steaks are 50% on Fridays, which happened to land on my birthday. I was skeptical because I’m from LA and discounted steaks are UNHEARD OF. Especially this big names on the strip. But I said what the heck and went. I always have to have truffle butter with my steak and they unfortunately don’t have truffle butter but NO LIE, the steak did NOT need any sauce. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! And the lobster Mac and cheese was the most flavorful Mac I’ve had at a restaurant. 10/10. I’ve already told all my Vegas family and friends and even posted it my social media.

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.

This is out go to place anytime we have someone new in town. We love the ambiance! The service is top notch! The food is the best in town. Try the bacon tasting appetizer. The best!
