Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli. How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     our server was kind enough to give my son an additional lemonade for free, but i ended up buying another drink because it was so good. everything was delicious and wanted to dessert but was too full with the big servings so we even have to go boxes as we have not finished esting the big serving of food. love this place!

    La Straga is a quality dining experience. For this dinner I hosted out-of- town guests. The service and attention from all of the staff was above and beyond. This food was excellent and was paired with perfect wines. Don’t miss this west Vegas gem!

    An Unforgettable Experience at Mijo – Perfect for Celebrations! We recently celebrated my father's 55th birthday at Mijo, located in the Durango Casino, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, everything about the experience was impeccable. The service was fabulous, with both servers on our visits incredibly attentive and genuinely caring about ensuring everything was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness elevated our dining experience to the next level. The ambiance was amazing—cozy, inviting, and perfectly suited for a special occasion or even just a night out. It's rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The food was Wow! We tried eight different dishes, and every single one was a flavor-packed delight. Two standouts were the Octopus and the Lobster Enchiladas—absolutely phenomenal! The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors truly showcased the kitchen's skill. This was my wife’s and my second visit, and Mijo did not disappoint. Our first visit wasn’t just a fluke—this place consistently delivers a top-tier dining experience. Thank you, Mijo, for making my father’s birthday celebration so memorable. We can't wait to come back!
