Delicious food, we enjoyed several sushi rolls, oysters and a variety of salads. Excellent service-Stephen took great care of us. We have enjoyed having him previously. They have round tables for 6 and great booths for 4.

Loved it! Will certainly be back. We spent have one plate we didn’t love.

Had our anniversary dinner there. From the ambience to the service and the food all were OUTSTANDING. I recommend the Paella and the lechon. The rice pudding dessert was also delicious.

Everything is always amazing at Colbalt. We stay at this hotel three or more times a year and have eaten many meals at Colbalt. OOnly had one bad experience in all that time and it was from an inexperienced hostess. We have had great service from Brittany, Nadine, Angelica and others. The evening manager we usually encounter (Serge?) is amazing. Always wants us to be happy. And don’t miss MoTown Tuesday. It is the best entertainment beachside.

Excellent food, if you want Italian, this is the place to go. Both food and services were excellent. Will definitely recommend.
