First established in 1936, the storied and historic Savoy reopened in early 2016. The Copper Crow’s food menu features an eclectic collection of American fusion dishes that incorporate international influences, ingredients & cooking methods from various regions around the world. Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. This restaurant is amazing! I’m traveling for work and support farm-to-table where possible for so many reasons. I was staying near this restaurant and lucked out. Last night I had the mushroom pappardelle with scallops. That meal was so good that I went back tonight (the next night) and had one of their specials - wild sea bass with saffron couscous and a mushroom, tomato compote followed be a dessert special of cranberry gingerbread with an orange glaze. The service was excellent and the food was beyond good!

Arrived early for reservations; not a problem. Place has a good vibe. Best pork chop's I’ve ever had. Chicken had great flavor. Wish I had more room for the dessert. Next time I’ll make room lol

Great experience. We’ve had similar omakase / tasting menu dinners, but not in Albany. Will go back. IMO, the upgrade is worth the extra.

Food was very delicious. The dessert room was very nice as well. The only issue was service. We didn't get anyone coming over to get our order for anything for at least 20 minutes. Then when we were ready to leave the dessert room we had to try to track down our waiter in order to check out. If they improve their service, this would be a five star place.
