Situated overlooking the water in Gunwharf Quays, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     I've visited The Cow many times and it's always amazing! Love the food, service, friendly team and cool spacious vibe! Kids love to play outside or in the pool room while the food is being cooked, so it's easy for everyone! I highly recommend this restaurant!

    excellent food and good value. We shared a platter for two to celebrate my partners 80th birthday. Was our first visit but will certainly not be the last.

    We had a late lunch with two friends and neither of us had eaten at the Birdham before. We were all pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our table. We were offered to sit in the restaurant which was quiet but roomy and bright. Our drinks were brought whilst we pondered over the great choice of menu. Food arrived on hot plates and all dishes were plentiful and tasty. All staff were attentive without being intrusive. Lovely dining experience thank you.

    The most amazing restaurant an absolute must for a meal during a trip to the island. A inventive and varied menu with a wide range of choices. Each dish is put together with care using high quality ingredients. The quirky decor creates a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. A wonderfully dog friendly venue - complete with doggie menu!
