Please note - Sunday Lunch is unavailable until Sunday 23rd January. The Florence Arms has been an established pub in Portsmouth for decades. Situated overlooking the water in Gunwharf Quays, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam.
