Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. Set just a few minute's walk from the Tunbridge Wells Assembly Halls, and the historic Pantiles, TN1 Bar & Kitchen is a family-run restaurant, opened in May 2021, owned by Tess & Murat and their chef Lukas. TN1 has established a reputation as a warm and inviting restaurant and bar in the heart of Tunbridge Wells and provides drinks, cocktails and fresh food which is cooked on site by experienced chefs led by Lukas, and run by a welcoming front of house team headed up by Tess and Murat.Our ethos is to serve modern & imaginative dining, which our talented kitchen team delivers 7 days a week. We’re open all day starting with brunch. Dishes include classics such as eggs Benedict and a full English or lighter options such as granola. Our a la carte menu boasts robust and creative flavours, using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients with a selection of grills and seasonal favourites including burgers, steaks, seafood and fish and the week finishes with a fantastic Sunday roast.

We are located in the wonderful village of Groombridge. Just a stones throw from the iconic Groombridge Place and only a 10 minute drive from Tunbridge wells Our is also available for hire and we have an amazing private space perfect for celebrations. There are plenty of activities on our doorstep with wonderful walks and the picturesque Forest Way trail close. Groombridge also benefits from having Harrisons Rocks for keen climbers and the perfect cycling routes across the Ashdown Forest. If this all sounds too energetic then just relax and chill watching the cricket from our front terrace, perfect for a lazy weekend afternoon.

Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do. This is exciting times for the pub which now has a new bar serving real ale straight from the cask. Be sure to check out the website regularly to keep up with the latest events and offers.

Always excellent. Sunday roast is great, as is all the other excellent dishes on the menu. As yet have never had a bad meal.🍽️
