The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. This 17th Century building sits above a shallow slope to the Thames and enjoys both a sunny veranda balcony and a pretty paved garden right on the riverside.Apart from one or two extensions over the years the pub building remains relatively untouched, giving it a traditional pub feel.Festooned with flowers and plants outside in summer and warmed with log fires in the winter it’s been a very special local in Twickenham for many years.

Visited Gaucho Richmond on Thursday 9th Jan @ 1pm. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxing lunch. A few customers dotted around the restaurant which gave it a cosy feel. Music was at the right level and the choice of music was perfect. Staff very professional, efficient and attentive. Food amazing and a good size for a 2 x course lunch. Felt very fresh and tasty. Overall highly recommend. Planning to bring my family back in May to celebrate my sons 21st birthday, Thank you for a lovely lunch.

The sushi was very high quality… but the sticks were so good we couldn’t pick a favourite- highlights were the oyster mushrooms, the scallops and the teriyaki salmon. Cocktails/mocktails were also very good with unusual herbal flavours not your usual over sugared type. Will definitely visit again.

Food is fantastic. Probably closer to 2 Michelin Star than it is to no stars. Quiet dining room, but nice warm cosy fire, and very friendly front of house. Set Menu also fantastic value, considering the quality and tase of the food, and the effort that goes into it.
