The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We visited on Sunday and tried the roasts that were delicious. There is a great atmosphere as we sat next to the fireplace. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Outstanding food and great value given the quality. We were looked after so well by the knowledgeable and excellent team there. We will remember our Harwood Arms experience for a long time. Thank you for making our first visit there so memorable.

We went for a tasting menu, it was absolutely stunning. Every dish, every mouthful was am explosion of flavours. It was my husband's 40th, they also included a lovely dessert with a candle at the end. They were incredibly sweet. The waitress who served us, unfortunately I do not recall her name was so pleasant. Loved the ambience, food, and service.
