Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.     The best pub! Beautifully decorated. Fabulous food and drink and wonderful staff. Great atmosphere and The Sunday night quiz was great addition! We are so lucky to have it as our local!

    Been here a number of times after a walk down the canal but not eaten here for a while but was not disappointed with the food and the whole experience. So thank you for a lovely visit

    Another fantastic Sunday lunch at Blacklock Manchester. Great food and lovely friendly service from Abi, Amii, Peter, and the team. Highly recommend the all-in roast, which comes with huge Yorkshire Puddings, lots of vegetables including roast potatoes (nearly as good as mine 😉), melt in the mouth beef, lamb, and pork, and a beautifully rich gravy. Save room for their bread and butter pudding - perfect comfort food. Our 6th visit to Blacklock Manchester after many years frequenting the Soho branch in London. Very pleased to have Blacklock in Manchester and wishing you all the best for 2025. Highly recommend!
