This restaurant is located in a perfect spot in Cardiff. The decor is lovely and truly speaks to a beach atmosphere. We had a gift card to use so we were able to try a lot of different dishes. They were all very tasty and the drinks are one of a kind. It is a pricey place, but every nice restaurant these days is pricey. My only complaint is the salad (arugula) that came with my fish was so heavily coated in salt that I couldn't eat it. It didn't seem right that it would even have salt on it so I don't know if it was in the dressing or a mistake. At any rate, the main dishes were very good. Our drinks did sit empty for half the meal so the waitress could have come by more often to ask if we wanted anything else. But overall, the ambience, overall decor, and vibe was lovely.

Food very good. Service kinda slow. Ate outside and froze.....heaters not so good. Sat near a speaker so could barely hear each other. We will go back when it's warmer!

The food and service here never disappoint. The pork chop is excellent

We enjoy the great food at Firenze. We celebrated a birthday luncheon and had three young children in the party of 9. We anticipated that the restaurant would not be crowded at that time. We continued to enjoy the food and the service but we were in a back room where the staff lost sight of our progress in the meal. That created a problem with some delays, and young children really get restless during delays.

The service from Sasha was excellent and appreciated! The guacamole is outstanding. We also loved the unique flavor in the Oaxacan Mole dish and chicken enchiladas. We were lucky to get one of the fireplace tables as well. We will be back!
