Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. Chaplin's Restaurant demonstrates the aesthetic of a bustling ramen house in Japan in the 1930's silent film era. There is also a large outdoor dining area that is dog friendly. We love Chef Geoff’s. Plenty for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Steak was wonderful. Salmon was excellent (even the teenager loves it.) The vegetarian loves the mushroom ravioli. Excellent cocktails and cocktails. Services always attentive and warm. Been coming since I was a grad student at AU. Now I bring my family (including my 18YO!) So happy to share Chef Geoff’s with my family.

Every aspect of our dinner was remarkable. The food and drink were superb. The Staff is lead by a Team, including Tiffany, who go out of their way to make you feel important to them. Their service is impeccable. Every detail including even the lamp on the table sang of being thoughtfully chosen. You won’t be disappointed if you make the trip to The Line Hotel's No GodByes restaurant.
