Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. WOW! Sereia has made big changes to an already "best in Miami" menu. Super fun to have the original favorites still on the menu AND a bunch of new dishes. Consistently the most attentive and professional service in Miami - now with fun new dishes. Just go!

Best dining experience of my life. We were treated like royalty. We were seated in the private dining room fight in front of the aquarium. Our sever Jess was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. In fact I just asked her to order the entire meal for us. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. She also managed to get me a special birthday dessert. After dinner we sat in the lounge area and had drinks. I didn’t want to leave as the service was so great and all the staff were so friendly

I love this place. But a little bit disappointed that i can’t never get a table downstairs. I’ve dinner at this place a quite few times and they never give me a table downstairs even when I asked. I’m not sure it you need a special connection for that.
