Psaraki, meaning “little fish” in Greek, is the creation of longtime hospitality veteran James Paloumbis. The restaurant evokes the charm of seaside tavernas found along the shores of Greece. Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Mesiba is one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. I took friends who were visiting from out of town here and we had the best time—we didn’t want to leave. The food was delectable, the service friendly, the ambience funky and cool, and the vibes immaculate. When I visited it was the fourth night of Hannukah and the whole restaurant sang together, which in these trying times was very healing for my soul. This is a new favorite of mine that I plan to return to again and again.

This place is such a gem - from the moment you get to the door, you can tell Cafe Mars is not your typical restaurant. The decor is colorful and vibrant; it just screams "walk in here and get ready to have a great time". The staff are warm, entertaining, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but 10/10 service on all of my visits here. And of course, the food is fantastic. Chef Paul truly works wonders here. Run, don't walk to Cafe Mars!
