Meaza Zemedu started her business by supplying local Ethiopian stores with her home-baked injera bread, a crepelike staple of Ethiopian cuisine.Demand for the tangy bread grew, allowing her to open her majestic restaurant, which welcomes guests to dine on traditional Ethiopian fare. Another great meal at True Food Kitchen. We ordered our favorites -- skinny margarita, charred cauliflower appetizer, ancient grain bowl, and plant-based double cheeseburger. All delicious! Fast, friendly service too.

Despite the fact that some businesses were closed due to accumulated snow, Wildfire was full service. All items on the menu were available. Three of us in our party of six had the medallions of beef which were done perfectly. The same with the two salmon dinners although the prices which included one side dish seemed a bit expensive. Server was attentive and pleasant but not oppressively so. All in all, a positive and worthwhile experience.

We loved our dinner at Nue! The food was delicious and fresh. We got the family style new years dinner menu and it was perfect. The manager and waitstaff were so kind and friendly— really added to the experience. There is also a fun dice game for new years and my friends won a prize! All in all the experience felt great and we will definitely be back.
