I can’t remember the name of our waiter, he was a older gentleman with white fox hair. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu We ordered the short rib hash and the burger. He was super fun and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us curate the perfect experience. Started with the Petty Crimes craft cocktail (fantastic) and the delight continued with the Crispy Pork, Lamb Meatballs & Short Rib Cassoulet small plates. Finished with the Chocolate Orange dessert.
