Serious Pie is a specialty gourmet pizza restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Located in the famous Pike Place Market/Belltown area, Serious Pie serves up crispy, thin crust pizzas that have been fired to perfection. The dough is a house secret and takes three days to make. Ingredients are seasonal, fresh and sourced locally whenever possible.
