Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve.     Everything was exceptional, service from.hosts to wait staff even management was above and beyond. Food was unbelievable delicious, visually stunning and chef is an artists. Bar tender was engaging and personal able. Smiled engaged and recommended specialty cocktails. Def recommend reservation at this restaurant.

    Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and were sat 15 minutes after our reservation. No big! The Host was very attentive to us while we waited. The Manager greeted our table upon arrival and she was very kind! Stanley was our server and did an amazing job the whole time we were there. Chef Michael was kind enough to cater to the plant-based needs at our table. He presented a wonderful plant-based Pad Thai and a delicious roll of Mango and Avocado. People next to us celebrated a birthday and were all in good spirits created by the great service, food, and drinks! We love Ossu!

    Floral made my birthday dinner here an amazing experience! She gave great food and drink recommendations. She also sung happy birthday to me. Everyone needs a server as kind and attentive as Floral ! We had Shrimp dumplings, we had Mongolian Beef, Crispy Honey Shrimp and Fried Rice.
