Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly.     Easily one of the top five dining experiences I’ve had in my life, including several fine dining experiences around the world. We opted for the multi-course tasting, and every course was somehow more amazing than the previous. The staff was helpful, attentive, and delightful too. For all of the nice things I have to say, it’s worth mentioning that you will pay for it. The bill was indeed eye-popping. That being said, I do not regret our choices. This place is a gem.

    A wonderful evening with family and friends trying out some place new. We wanted to try so many menu items we decided to share plates. Everything was delicious! Especially enjoyed the lamb chops. Who knew we liked vegetables as much as we did when presented artfully and flavorful. The desserts were sinfully good. The service was attentive and friendly. The chef came by. The hostess was so polite and sweet. Just a fabulous night all around!

    The service was excellent and the owner was so amazing. He recommended that my party of 5 share our dishes which was amazing. He kept bringing us food in time and we truly enjoyed the experience. And on top of it price was pretty good. We will definitely go back.
