Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. Such a lovely night and dining experience all the way around. Food and drinks were absolutely exceptional. Service - wonderful: attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance…lovely, but just a bit chilly by the front door. Looking forward to returning soon.

First visit. Excellent service from the greeting to the salutation. Lovely atmosphere. Did not review the full wine list but cocktails and glass selections were very nice. Will enthusiastically return!

The food, as always, was wonderful. My o Lu complaint is the timing of the food coming out of the kitchen. Everything came at the same time! We ordered pita and spreads. We thought those would come first and we could enjoy them with our first glass of wine. As it was - everything arrived together. Not ideal. We ordered espresso with our dessert. It came and then we waited and waited for dessert. Espresso was cold by the time it came out. They could work on their timing!
