We hadn't been there in several years. We will go back more often. The beet salad was quite nice. The polpo appetizer was outstanding, and plentiful enough for two. Wild boar papparedel was great, authentic to and almost as good as we had in Tuscany. Gnocchi was excellent. Their homemade limoncello was a nice finish. Katy was a great server.

The scallops were perfectly seared, tender, and paired beautifully with a rich, flavorful pasta that was cooked to perfection. The balance of flavors, along with a touch of freshness from the herbs and vegetables, made each bite a delightful experience. What truly made our evening special, however, was the outstanding service. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, especially making the birthday guest feel like royalty. She was attentive, warm, and thoughtful, ensuring that the celebration went smoothly and that every need was met with a smile. From the personalized touches to her impeccable attention to detail, her service elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, Carve American Grille delivered an amazing meal paired with exceptional hospitality. My favorite restaurant in Austin, everything is to die for. The menu is always seasonal and delicious, and $1 oysters are a no brainer.

The cocktails are amazing - you legitimately cannot go wrong with any drink off their “numbered” menu. The food had an appealing presentation and were exactly what you hope for.
