**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.** Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". It all began with a love story and a dream. Linwood, a chef, and Ellen, a reporter, met 36 years ago in a restaurant of course! They married and began to envision that someday they would open a restaurant of their own. The restaurant’s first business plan was written at their dining room table on an electric typewriter. In 1988 Linwoods opened its doors, and it has been a labour of love for more than thirty years. Linwoods’ cuisine consists of the freshest ingredients, and inventive preparation. Our service is warm and attentive. We have developed a reputation for consistency an attention to detail. These qualities are key to our catering business as well. Our team has worked hard to connect to our community, and we value our customers. These values have been central to Ellen and Linwood’s vision, and we hope are felt by our customers each day.

Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

    Lots of extra little touches that made the dishes special: the foamy mignonette on the oysters, the crunchy bites and pickled mushrooms on the beef tartare. Pre-pandemic, table side dishes such as classic Caesar salad and duck a la presse were on the menu- we can understand not having them all the time, but hopefully they’re not gone for good.

    Tersiguel’s is a place where amazing food, great service and perfect ambience merge as one to give its guests a perfect experience. The courses are packed with great flavors and the staff does a great work explaining every plate in detail. It’s a place worth visiting with your other half to give them a taste of greatness!

    We have been here before but it's been a few years. Got seated tight away. Our server was very attentive. The meals are a great value for the price. My wife and I split the 20oz steak and 2 sides and still had leftovers. It's a small restaurant so make sure you have a reservation.

    I wanted to take my mother someplace very nice for dinner and the Elkridge Furnace Inn went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! We started with sautéed mushrooms, which are grown locally and prepared fresh. The cream of Baltimore soup was the best variation of a cream of crab soup that we ever have ever experienced. Mum got the Fish Du Jour, which was a delicious Rockfish served with an oyster, mushroom, shrimp & white wine, seafood velouté. I got the 6oz Filet Mignon. My steak was perfectly cooked … it was so delicious and tender. The best broccolini I have ever had in my life and I am a “broccolini snob”. We ended with us each getting dessert… mum got the crème brûlée and I got the apple dumpling with a side of salted caramel ice cream. I’ve never seen my mum eat something so fast. Lol. I had to keep telling her to pace herself. I couldn’t finish my dessert… it was just TOO BIG! Lol. I took it home and had it for breakfast the next day. Chef Dan and his wife Donna stopped by our table to check in on our dining experience, which really touched my mum. The entire staff, from the servers to the bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. Our server was Audrey and she was very knowledgeable and attentive. The serving assistant, Dawson, made sure mum’s coffee was always topped off. I’m very much looking forward to our next visit to the Elkridge Furnace Inn!!!
