A modern take on the original Village restaurant (established in 1947), our reputation is for serving Baton Rouge’s finest Italian, Prime Beef, Maine Lobster, Veal and fresh Gulf seafood. Inspired by old-world cuisine which emphasized a handcrafted approach, City Pork Brasserie & Bar produces scratch-made goods in small batches ensuring proper care and attention to detail.     Food was excellent. Allie ou server did a gr at job! The drinks were a little weak and not as good as in the past. We did mention this to Shelly. Overall it was great. Will continue our monthly visits next year!

    Great! Loved everything! Only recommendation is to be able to offer more Variety of meat rareness when serving as my kids werent as lucky getting médium well most of the time, even though we requested it at the beggining. Other then that, Great experience

    How many superlatives can I give to the meal and the service we had. She says best meal she has ever had and she has eaten all over the US and the world. The food, the drinks - WOW!!! Our waitress was wonderful, made great suggestions and was very friendly. Great Christmas Eve dinner.

    We love The Little Village and eat there a few times a year, and every Christmas Eve. The meal this week was excellent! One of the best we’ve had there since COVID.

    Great restaurant. We had oysters on the half shell, beet salad and crab claws for appetizers. All outstanding. The entrees were equally delicious. Redfish Beausoleil, salmon and Yoruba red snapper. Sharing the flavors we all agreed the flavors were spot on. The wait staff kept the evening equally satisfying. Kudos to everyone who helped make this a memorable experience
