True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing. This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. What an amazing experience!!! Our reservation was made for an engagement celebration, I called ahead informing the staff of the surprise and they did not miss their mark! Everything I pre ordered was ready for us as we arrived at the table. We had so much fun that I do not recall the gentleman’s name who took care of us (maybe Juan Pierre?) but excellent service! He was patient, he gave us suggestions, and ensured that the entire party had everything they needed. Overall wonderful experience, I will suggest to my friends and family when in the area every time! Great job Chef Carol!

Another great dining experience by Mario Pagan. The filet and ribeye were cooked to perfection. The service was top notch and the setting very classy. His restaurant in Condado also another wonderful choice.

El mejor restaurante de Puerto Rico. Sabores únicos mezclando historia con creatividad que más allá del paladar te transportan en el tiempo y por el mundo mientras te hacen sentir como en casa con amistades de hace años.
