True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. What an amazing experience!!! Our reservation was made for an engagement celebration, I called ahead informing the staff of the surprise and they did not miss their mark! Everything I pre ordered was ready for us as we arrived at the table. We had so much fun that I do not recall the gentleman’s name who took care of us (maybe Juan Pierre?) but excellent service! He was patient, he gave us suggestions, and ensured that the entire party had everything they needed. Overall wonderful experience, I will suggest to my friends and family when in the area every time! Great job Chef Carol!

A+++. Can’t beat the views, except for the food, service and ambiance. Ivan is the best waiter and took great care of us. Food was top notch. Nice place for a romantic dinner. Try the green beer!!!

Fantastic experience at Cocina Abierta! The food and presentation were amazing. Truly a 5-star experience. We had the 5-course tasting menu and each course was great. Our favorite was the tuna carpaccio and beefsteak, but all were excellent. Puerto Rican fine dining at its best!

El mejor restaurante de Puerto Rico. Sabores únicos mezclando historia con creatividad que más allá del paladar te transportan en el tiempo y por el mundo mientras te hacen sentir como en casa con amistades de hace años.
