A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N.     Our server Leslie is professional, knowledgeable and attentive! Excellent! It was over 50° outside and the heat was on inside. We brought it to their attention and the manager came over to thank us. Overall, a very nice experience!

    Four folks in our group. All ordered a different entree. Everyone raved about their food. We shared two desserts, both were delicious...the warm apple turnover and the banana's foster. Very busy with some private groups behind pop up screens. Wait staff and the associates were very efficient and timely.....nice group of folks at surrounding table made for a fun evening.

    We had a great lunch! Everything was delicious. Service was exceptional. Some of us had not been there before. Our waiter did a wonderful job walking us through the menu and highlighting their specialties. The restaurant was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the calamari and the meatballs to start. Both were delicious! We split the antipasto salad (also really good). All entrees were delicious and the portions are very large. You won’t leave hungry! We all had leftovers. Can’t wait to come back!

    Everything was truly OUTSTANDING! Excellent server, Christy! Meals were perfectly prepared and delicious. Live music was fantastic with great ambiance. Restaurant was busy with wonderful energy and all drinks and food served with perfect timing. Excited to return!
