The Blue Door proudly sources ingredients from local farms as well as nationally recognized purveyors such as Portland Maine's Browne Trading Company and Ohio's own The Chef's Garden!     We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they made it special from the moment we walked in, with a Happy Birthday card on our table. The service was wonderful, thanks to Alexa, Michael, and the rest of the crew, and the drinks and meals were delicious. We enjoyed the jagerschnitzel and a special - veal osso buco. Dessert was almost decadent - the chocolate soufflé - It was worth waiting twenty minutes since it is cooked to order. We came home with some pastries to enjoy in the morning as well as plenty of leftovers for tomorrow night. My husband has declared The Blue Door Cafe his new favorite restaurant.

    Fantastic service, all staff was polite, friendly and ready to make our time there perfect. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful. We will go back many times as this restaurant is one of our top favorites.
