The tasting menu is a must do experience. It will be a highlight of our trip and the souvenir that was compiled over our meal will forever remind us of our very memorable evening. Paloma did an amazing job of telling us the stories behind each course. We loved learning about the history of Costa Rica and the local ingredients used. We highly recommend.

The 5-course menu is pure perfection—every dish thoughtfully crafted and flawlessly executed. Watching the chef bring each plate to your table while the kitchen hums with energy adds an incredible, behind-the-scenes vibe. If you’re looking for a unique dining adventure, this is it.

Everything was amazing from the tasting menu paired with some of the best wine selections. The ambience was very exquisite with perfect lighting to enhance the mood and for photo ops anywhere in the restaurant. Perfect for a date night and now will be on my favorite list. The chef came out and also enlightened us on the courses and gave us his time shared over dessert. Thank you.
