At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career.     Delicious food and great service! Hand cut NY strip was especially tasty. Also recommend the Elk Sliders, Texas Red Chili, and Gulf Coast crab appetizer! If you are in Fort Worth, this is a must visit.

    Beyond our expectations! The ambiance was beautiful, perfect for our anniversary. The service was excellent. Even though we got there ahead of our reservation, we didn’t have to wait very long. We never had to ask for anything. Our drink were constantly being filled and our waitress was always checking on us. The food was something we will always remember. We both had the Double Eagle Margarita and we both loved it, an experience all on its own. Best we ever had. The Prime Rib steak melted in our mouths, we had the Truffle Butter added and really elevated it. I had Whipped Potatoes and my husband had fully loaded baked potato, we loved both. Our start was Lobster Bisque, which was very creamy and delicious and my husband had a salad with the best bacon we’ve ever had. I can’t even described how wonderful the fresh baked rolls were. They brushed honey butter on top with a little bit of rock salt. I’ll be thinking about those rolls for awhile. They brought out their very delicious Butter cake, on the house. And my husband ordered the chocolate mousse cake, he loved it. We would love to come back one day. Very worth it!

    Loved this restaurant! The food was incredible, the service was top notch and the restaurant was decorated so beautifully. We loved everything we ordered and our waiter Keagan was amazing… he had the best food & drink recommendations. We visited for my husband’s birthday and the staff treated us very well. We will definitely be back!
