Best restaurant in Boulder. One of us has a tomato and onion allergy and the chef curated a special menu for us to order from. Service was top notch and the flavors were out of this world. Will definitely be coming back for another visit

The Boulder Cork always has the best food and service. I got the Filet Mignon medium rare with bernaise sauce, asparagus stalks, and lobster on top. It was awesome. My family of 7 enjoyed our experience very much.

We had a wonderful dinner at Greenbriar; celebrating my wife’s birthday. This was our first visit to Greenbriar after receiving many recommendations from others. The service was excellent and personal. The dishes were of exceptional quality and taste. We really appreciated that most of their ingredients are locally sourced, organic and regeneratively raised/produced. We will be certainly be returning again in the near future. I especially appreciated our waitress, Valerie. She was knowledgeable, fun and professional. The staff also treated my wife to a delicious, complementary cheesecake for her birthday celebration. I highly recommend The Greenbriar Inn for dinner and look forward to visiting again soon.

Food, service ambience were all outstanding. Don’t really appreciate the automatic 22% (living wage) gratuity (ours was a table of 4) with the implied suggestion to tip even more. Probably would have left 22% anyway as the whole dining experience was outstanding. Just not what I want to see as I’m getting ready to depart. I still wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. I’ll be back.

I highly recommend! Need an enjoying evening out, coming here. The view, the staff, and especially the food is for making memories.
