Our dream at Holy Basil was to create an exciting diner in the Eastern suburbs where people can relax, come together, have fun and enjoy proper homemade food in a very inclusive environment. We are proud to deliver 100% vegan and Vegetarian options at Holy Basil, use free-range eggs and source only sustainably caught seafood as well as a range of other exciting meals with 95% of the menu being gluten free.At Holy Basil we make our own curry pastes, sauces, desserts, chilli jam, and roti.We happily use gluten free soy and 100% pure fish sauce.We greatly appreciate your support in choosing to dine at Holy Basil.     We love this restaurant! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and we are so grateful that staff are willing to cater for allergies by adapting their menu and providing so many choices. This also applies to their drinks menu which includes vegan wines. Thank you Holy Basil! We will be back!

    So glad we found this restaurant- amazing food, wonderful waitstaff and perfectly sized for a pre-Christmas dinner with friends so you can enjoy each others company without too much noise. Will certainly be going back.

    We dined here for an early dinner starting with a dozen fresh oysters & a glass of Prosecco for golden hour. It was a lovely evening so we sat out side in the court yard & had our oysters, then got escorted to our table when our entrees were ready. It was a lovely way to start the evening. Then we shared the duck liver parfait, prawns & a tomato salad. For mains we couldn’t decide so we ended up sharing the pork belly & the barramundi which were both Devine! After all this food we had to share the basque cheese cake to top off a wonderful evening.
