Todo excelente, desde la bienvenida, nos tocó sentarnos casi frente al ángel de la independencia y las vistas únicas. Recomiendo agendar a las 6pm si quieres ver el atardecer. La comida excelente, muy rica. Solo como sugerencia debería haber un poco más de variedad en comida y postres. El servicio del mesero también excelente, muy servicial y atento. En general una experiencia única.

Our recent visit to Balcón del Zócalo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, kind service that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, and their attentiveness truly stood out. The highlight of our visit, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view. Overlooking the historic Zócalo, the panoramic vista of Mexico City's iconic landmarks was simply mesmerizing. Whether we were enjoying a meal or simply sipping on a drink, the view added an unforgettable touch to every moment. We spent the day exploring the historic center of the city, soaking in its rich culture and vibrant energy, and Balcón del Zócalo was the perfect way to cap off our adventure. The combination of delicious food, exceptional service, and that incredible view made it an experience we’ll cherish. We can’t wait to return and relive this amazing experience. Balcón del Zócalo is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy the heart of Mexico City in style. Highly recommended!

Excelente comida de acuerdo a los precios, atentos en el servicio y ambiente agradable.

La atención por parte del personal siempre fue amable y cordial, el tiempo de espera para nuestros alimentos fue razonable pese a que era un día bastante concurrido; la comida estaba deliciosa al igual que los postres, puede saborearse la calidad y frescura de los insumos con los que ambos son preparados.

Como siempre .. excelente comida, servicio y atención. Mi invitado qué cumplió años quedo encantado con el lugar.
