Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Rated excellent by the New York Times in 1996 and New Jersey's favorite restaurant in Zagat's Survey in 2001 and New Jersey Monthly's best Italian and top 25 overall in 2007. What a view on this clear night! Service, from valet, hostess, coat room, food runner, waiter, table clearer between courses all were friendly, knew the answers about menu and were all professional, warm and friendly. I cannot say enough about the menu, our salads and entree followed by shared dessert were plated beautifully, seasoned to perfection, and a delicious blend of flavors. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a diverse menu that would satisfy all in your party.

Everything was great! We went with our baby and toddler and were very welcomed by the staff who were patient as could be. Food was excellent. We loved how elegant the restaurant was and seeing everyone dressed up.

Started with octopus and then had some Branzino. I’m not even big on seafood, but the manager recommended it and I trust his taste after previous recommendations. That was the best fish I’ve ever tasted. I don’t think there is a dish in this place that I wouldn’t enjoy.

Our waitress Anna was awesome ! When eating with a 3 year old for breakfast it’s a little more challenging on the wait staff , but Anna had it all under control ! Great food greater service a little pricey for the breakfast buffet $40 per head but you get what you pay for ! Excellent experience , the entire hotel was awesome for our family of 7 trip !
