Gather at the Blue Pig Tavern, our distinctive restaurant tucked in the corner of Congress Hall. Known for hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites, its name derives from a gambling parlor sited in Congress Hall in the mid-1800s. Earlier still, in the 1700s, Elias Hughes operated a tavern for whalers on this site. It was the first tavern in Cape May.     We had a wonderful experience at this venue. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the Mistletoe Martini was divine. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family

    Professional yet friendly service delivered by Danny. Tasty grilled polenta and arancini apps followed by delicious braised short ribs over pasta, and sausage and broccoli rabe over rigatoni. Dinner was capped off with cappuccinos, bread pudding and apple cake with a personal touch lit candle honoring my daughter’s birthday. Great experience, service, food, ambiance makes Tisha’s one of my favorite fine dining spots.

    I was so grateful that the Blue Pig Tavern honored my requests for seating by putting my partner and I at the table we hoped for, off in the corner of the room with the fireplace. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and warm and everyone treated us so kindly. What a special anniversary dinner. (Also, the pumpkin pie with cranberry drizzle was one of the best desserts I've ever had).

    Each time we visit, we have a wonderful experience. The staff is gracious and attentive. The food is fabulous. The portions are perfect. Not too much, not too little. The Inn is absolutely beautiful. Live piano in the background. Highly Recommend if you are looking for a quiet fine-dining experience.
