FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.

Established in 2010 by Tim Reinke and John Sharp, the Birdsall House quickly became a destination for craft beer and locally sourced cuisine (some from our own garden!) in the Hudson Valley. Chef Sturgess Spanos, a French-trained veteran, showcases his talent and flair for innovation, which compliment the gastropub's beer-centric beverage program.     My Bestie and I came here for Friendsgiving and it was the best decision ever. It was our first time at the farm. We both really enjoyed it. The service was great. The food was excellent. The bartender made me the most incredible mocktail!!! Wel will definitely be back!

    The setting is superb, hostess was very pleasant & wait staff was great. We were a party of 4 so we all had a different signature cocktail, they were all delicious!!! The food was extremely tasty but two poached egg dishes came to the table lukewarm. The other two entrees were warmer but not hot. The food in general was extremely tasty. A wonderful Sunday Brunch!

    The food and service at Brother’s Fish & Chips is always exceptional. We love celebrating special occasions here as well as coming for an ordinary night out. You cannot go wrong with the tasting menu if you do choose that option. Elmer is a genius in the culinary space! Thank you Brother’s Fish and Chips for always providing an outstanding experience.

    We love Fratellis unfortunately prices have gone up and portion sizes are way smaller so we will be looking for a new place - it’s sad as it didn’t start out this way but the cost of dinner and the portion sizes are not worth it. Food was always spot on. - Yorktown Heights, NY
