Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. The Ledbury is located the heart of Notting Hill.Since opening in 2005, it has become one of London's more established restaurants, gaining 3 Michelin stars in 2024. The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. Tired of the loosely French inspired humdrum of restaurants popping up across the city of London? Do you like holidays? Do you like cold drinks and warm service? If you've answered yes to one or more of these then perhaps Tollington's can refresh both your pallet and your mind. The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result is a chippy in North London with old church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. The focus is on fish but the menu transcends fish, mammals and vegetables, leaving no stone unturned in the never ending quest for flavour. Split between two rooms, the front the engine, the kitchen and bar shared by customers as they perch on bar stools and enjoy dinner and a show. Another lovely meal as always. We love coming. It was just unfortunate that we felt like the chefs who were circulating the room all evening didn't make any time to interact with us. It was a little strange and somewhat off-putting.

What a lovely restaurant in the centre of Old Beaconsfield. Extremely welcoming and attentive staff, high quality two course lunch for £40 each with some lovely surprise additions before and throughout the meal. Having exquisite company was also delightful 😁
