We had an amazing experience. The staff we awesome, thanks for the birthday card and taking our picture. The food was delicious. Again thanks for making our experience special and for celebrating my birthday.

We had a great experience at Bijoux for my birthday. The staff were welcoming and friendly and our server, Lisa, was outstanding. The food was delicious: I enjoyed the duck confit appetizer and the redfish special. My husband devoured the Caesar salad and the lamb dinner. We would recommend Bijoux for a special dinner out.

Seagar's Staff and Chef Covington delivered another spectacular experience! Chef Covington created a scallop in a red sauce that was out of this world good! I could not convinve him to give me the recipe but he did say that the reduction took several days. Now that's commitment to excellence! The meal, the wine, the service were 5 star.

Both the food and service were excellent. Amber was a wonderful server with a sense of humor and a lot of patience. I had the 6oz filet and shrimp, cooked to perfection. My husband had a bone-in filet which he said was wonderful. The sides were a perfect size to split between 2-3 people. The Au Gratin potatoes and Cremini mushrooms were both wonderful. The Brussel Sprouts had a great flavor but could have been cooked just a little longer. The Bread Pudding was good but would have benefitted from a scoop of ice cream. All in all we had a wonderful evening.

This was a surprise Valentine's Day Celebration and even though we oprted NOT to go with The Chef's Selection and ordered directly from the menu, it was absolutely wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
