Students who work in the on-campus restaurant are passionate about seeking a profession in the industry and are looking for real-world experience to prepare them for that future job.Each of our professional chefs who work in the kitchen with students has at least over a decade of experience in the field, and some have multiple decades. Jason Marsh and Bill Leib have worked in a variety of culinary settings: restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses for events with thousands of people in attendance. They also bring a love of various cuisines and cooking styles, from Chef Bill’s Asian cuisine specialty to Chef Jason’s enjoyment of Southern Style cooking. David was an excellent server! Food was outstanding! The steaks were perfectly prepared and flavorful. The South African lobster tail was perfectly grilled and tasty. Capital Grille has upped the steakhouse game in the greater Oklahoma City area. Highly recommended !!!

We took our son to celebrate his 1st birthday and our servers Jaz and Jake went above and beyond to provide a great experience!! Everything tasted phenomenal and was well worth the price! Management also visited to give birthday wishes and notably, the manager Tiho sliced up - table side- a portion of my steak into tiny bite size pieces for my son to partake and enjoy. Highly recommend this establishment for any and all occasions.
