Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. La Provence is a special gem in the heart of Ambler. Every staff member, including the owner, is warm and friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the food - which is creative, fresh and delicious! Most beautiful ambiance, too! It’s one of our very favorites!

Service and food excellent! Loved our appetizers and entrees! The filet was exceptional. A little disappointed in dessert as The Brownie Cookie Skillet recipe seems to have changed. My husband always looks forward to that dessert, but it contained Less cookie, overly sweet and wasn’t cooked through.

The Jarrettown Hotel is one of our favorite venues. There are they plenty of options on the menu along with specials to choose from. We had the 8oz. filet mignon special I must say that this was one of the best filets that we ever had. The service was excellent and our waitress made regular check ins to see if we had any additional needs. This was another excellent dining experience.

Hosted lunch for the companies executives and Board Members visiting from various locations. All were impressed with the food options and noted that the meals were delicious. The place was empty given it had just opened for the day which was nice. The group noted service was also excellent, and overall were very pleased with their visit to Villa Barolo. We will utilize their services again in the future!
