The resort’s main dining room for years, the Crystal Room offers delectable cuisine, all wrapped in an elegant, upscale and traditional ambiance. The Crystal Room will create a memorable experience by introducing our guests and local patrons to the infusion of local and regional flavors masterfully showcased by our exhibition kitchen. The culinary experience will provide simply stated but elegant cuisine that constantly evolves throughout each season using local and organic ingredients presented in unique ways, but with familiar flavors. Our Executive Chef continuously seeks out local and regional partnerships and features farm-to-table fresh products from family farms, ranches and fisheries across our region. Named for the year that Dr. John Anderson purchased the land upon which the resort now stands, 1796 Room has now been re-launched as a signature steak and chophouse, serving steaks, chops, fish and poultry of the highest quality. 1796 uses only the highest quality 21-day aged USDA prime beef. Our meats are prepared at 1700° on our infrared broiler ensuring juiciness, tenderness and flavor. We offer a fixed 4 course meal every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 pm.Our menu is authentic and traditional Italian; we are a genuine Trattoria restaurant, where we accommodate every guest in a communal table in the middle of our room, exactly like the family we are! Our expanded space features now two rooms, for a maximum 55 people capacity; reservation is required. Come to enjoy us not just for an amazing meal but also for an unforgettable experience.Menu includes an appetizer with charcuterie board (and more), a choice between 2 first dishes (usually a pasta and a risotto), a choice between 2 main courses with side dish, homemade dessert, and espresso; all of this for 75$ a person.
