The resort’s main dining room for years, the Crystal Room offers delectable cuisine, all wrapped in an elegant, upscale and traditional ambiance. The Crystal Room will offer signature steaks, chops and seafood, a mixture of appetizers, soups and salads, shareable sides, house-made desserts and a wine list set up by our own sommelier. We offer a fixed 4 course meal every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 pm.Our menu is authentic and traditional Italian; we are a genuine Trattoria restaurant, where we accommodate every guest in a communal table in the middle of our room, exactly like the family we are! Our expanded space features now two rooms, for a maximum 55 people capacity; reservation is required. Come to enjoy us not just for an amazing meal but also for an unforgettable experience.Menu includes an appetizer with charcuterie board (and more), a choice between 2 first dishes (usually a pasta and a risotto), a choice between 2 main courses with side dish, homemade dessert, and espresso; all of this for 75$ a person. Named for the year that Dr. John Anderson purchased the land upon which the resort now stands, 1796 Room has now been re-launched as a signature steak and chophouse, serving steaks, chops, fish and poultry of the highest quality. 1796 uses only the highest quality 21-day aged USDA prime beef. Our meats are prepared at 1700° on our infrared broiler ensuring juiciness, tenderness and flavor. All entrées are served with our signature grilled artichoke, and “shared” side dishes are available à la carte along with a tasty dessert selection freshly prepared in-house by our pastry team. Our world-class wine list is designed to match the quality of our food selection, and our professional staff is trained to recommend the perfect wine pairing with your meal.
