Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave.     What A Place! As a kid from Kirkland, that went to Kirkland junior high in the 80’s. I’ve seen a lot of businesses and restaurants in the area! This is by far one of the Greatest Ever! Food!🌟 Service 🌟 Atmosphere 🌟 There are So Many reasons to love this restaurant, I can’t wait to go back! Our waiter Max was Awesome, and the ownership and staff, make you feel like family! This is a MUST VISIT!

    We had a quiet Wednesday lunch here. What was good ... An intriguingly curated cocktail menu - we wanted to try them all! The best fries we have ever had - seriously! Worth the visit just to try them. My wife had an outstandingly good Wagyu beef burger. Service was excellent - Jorge is a star! Ambience - it's an airy open restaurant in the lodge and of course in a beautiful setting. What was moderate ... I had a a cauliflower steak with mushrooms and a cauliflower / mushroom puree. It was good, but just a little bland. I'd have liked a dash of something sharp / spicy to add some lift, but then I do like a kick in my lunch. Nevertheless it was good and nicely prepared and presented. And nothing bad at all. An excellent lunch and good value too. Definitely going again, but I may watch the menu for changes in the vegetarian option.

    We came for Christmas Eve dinner. It was amazing. Service was friendly and quick. They were kind to our daughters. We did reservations and were seated right away and our already prepared table!
