Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Outstanding as always. My husband and I usually eat in the bar area, but tonight dining with friends in the dining room area. Service and food quality excellent as always. We were very chatty with our friends and didn’t feel rushed at all by the very attentive staff. This is our favorite spot in the area. Thanks for a great night.

This was our first experience dining at Morgan & Co., and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted and seated next to the fireplace, and it was a cold and rainy evening, so this was much appreciated. The waitress (Fay) was a delight and very accommodating, service was timely, and the meal was absolutely heavenly! We both commented on the way home that this was a place we would be coming to again. Also a big thank you for the champagne toast to commemorate our big night!
