Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tiburon. The portions of food was just right. The flavor of all dishes at the table was spot on. Our server was friendly and attentive. We didn’t feel rushed. This is our 3rd time eating here and I’m positive it won’t be our last!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was well timed and delivered cooked perfectly. There was a very large party next to us and it did keep our server distracted but she still did a fantastic job and they weren’t too loud. The ambience was perfect, very soothing and the food was delicious.
