Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots.     We wee starving after a day of skiing and the meal did not disappoint! Service was prompt and friendly despite it being a very busy Friday night Valentines dinner. Lots of variety to choose from.

    This was a pre-Valentine’s dinner and it was great! We ordered the special appetizer (beets and burrata which was delicious. We both also ordered the surf and turf special that was great. The lobster tail had the shell removed and was atop a very tender filet with spaghetti squash bed…. Awesome! Our server was Eden. She was on point with everything. I asked that the wine please be delivered right before our entree which she did perfectly. We love this place!

    The Harvest is our favorite restaurant because of the quiet and pleasant atmosphere and the delicious food. We love that we can make a reservation days or weeks ahead of time, and be seated without waiting around. Every server we’ve had is friendly and attentive to our needs. It’s just the best place to go to have a lovely meal and an enjoyable evening.

    Crowded, loud and hostile never remembers to credit OpenTable reservation. But the food and value are exceptional.
