I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. I go to Angle regularly. It is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach county. The food and service are always excellent. I went with a neighbor last night and he told me how amazing the meal (wagyu filet) and service was compared to other restaurants in the area. Angle just changed the menu and it has so many compelling items, it is difficult to choose. If you go, ask for Michael as your server. He is truly one of the best!

Hostess was extremely friendly and was able to get us a table at last minute. Manager and all servers were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
